  1. Return Eligibility
    You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Damaged or defective products

Wrong items delivered

Expired products at the time of delivery.

To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

📸 Please include clear photos of the product and packaging when raising a return or refund request.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Perishable goods (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat)

Opened or used products

Items purchased on discount or as part of a promotion

Packaged goods without original packaging or tamper-evident seals

  1. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be CREDITED within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Replacement Policy
    If a product is found to be defective or incorrect, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and delivery timelines.
  2. Replacement product will be deliver in 2 to 3 hours
  3. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement if they have not yet been dispatched.

Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
